The Curious Misur Frog

I named this piece "The Curious Misur (Monsieur) Frog" partially in tribute to my late silly teddy bear hamster Buttons who's hair grew so long around his tail it looked like a french man's mustache. The idea for the image itself actually came from another one of my paintings I did about a mystical fairy reading a book. This image was the product of one of those incidents where you see an image within an image. I'm sure glad I found this guy! On this project I experimented with the technique done by Illustrator C.F. Payne and I really enjoyed making it! Hope you like as much as I do :)
